Common Names: Peruvian Lily, Lily of the Incas, Alstro

Pink alstroemeria flowers are often the cut flower enthusiast’s go-to for their floral arrangements. These flowers consistently deliver a lush addition to any fresh-cut bouquets and add dependable long-lasting beauty, rich color, and unique character. Also referred to as the “Peruvian Lily” or the “Lily of the Incas,” this species originates from the ranges of the Andes in South America and is said to signify friendship, prosperity, and fortune. Each stem is bursting with multiple blooms.

The pink alstroemeria is reminiscent of spring or summertime, and its blush of different color shades adds highlights and contrasting interest to any bouquet. The vivid greenery of the leaves and stems add fresh beauty to these multi-hued show stoppers. The inside petals of these pink alstroemeria flowers feature a burst of happy yellow and a shower of “freckles” or “whiskers” on each flower’s most interior petals. Highlight the yellow of the pink alstroemeria with lovely yellow calla lilies, tulips, snapdragons or daffodils. Or choose to bring out the stems and leaves with green hydrangeas, jade palm or orchids. Let your imagination run wild and make the perfect, cheerful bouquet for any event. These alstroemerias tend to be smaller flowers and are perfect for boutonnieres, centerpieces or bouquets.
